Organizers make waves at Ocean Fest The 2008 Ocean Festival will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 18, 19 and 20 in Winchester Bay.There will be vendors, food booths, RV Corral and show, kayak races, gem show, quilt show and much more. Those attending can enter to win a free weekend worth $777 at the Three Rivers Casino and Hotel.
