Organizers make waves at Ocean Fest The 2010 Ocean Festival will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 16, 2010 - June 18, 2010 in Winchester Bay.There will be vendors, food booths, RV Corral and show, kayak races, gem show, quilt show and much more. Those attending can enter to win a free weekend worth $777 at the Three Rivers Casino and Hotel.
